Is it a Mitzvah to Live in Israel?

Not only is it a mitzvah, living in the land of Israel is the whole reason for being for a Jewish person. In addition to keeping personal mitzvot we have a national mission of building a Torah inspired state that will reveal HaShem to all the nations of the world. Reply

living in israel As I study more and more, I see it is a mitzva to live in the land of Israel, therefore their is no excuse that i can see why orthodox rabbis don't move to Israel. Reply
