WHO ARE WE?

"Chabad: East of the River" is located at 25 Harris Street in beautiful Glastonbury, CT.   Our organization serves as "Your Home for Everything Jewish" to the East of the River region.

We are a 501(c)3 not-for-profit, tax-exempt institution.  Our programs are supported exclusively by the generosity of local families, individuals and businesses.

Our organization serves the Jewish community with a wide variety of activities.  Whether it be our acclaimed Hands-On Hebrew School ("Jewish Enrichment Program"), "Aleph Bet Preschool" or "MitzvaWorks" children's crafts, our On Campus programs for students, or our popular Jewish Learning Institute adult education courses, you are sure to find something that is "up your alley"...

Our monthly events include: Friday Night Live! Dinners, The Woman's Touch get-togethers, and The Tefillin Club for Men!
